“All Together Now” Summer Reading Program 2023

“All Together Now!” is the theme for our 2023 Summer Reading program and is open to all ages in Pemiscot County.

Themes include: Kindness, friendship, and community.

We will be meeting every Tuesday at 1:00 PM in June and July, except July 4th.

Tuesdays – Story time, crafting, outdoor fun, and snacks.

Children in Grades K-6 (from all over Pemiscot County) are welcome to attend and take part.

Students in grades 7-12 (from all schools in the county) are welcome to join our team and help with the games and activities for a community service certificate.

Sign-up for all ages will begin on May 30 with an ice cream social in the John VanAusdall Reading pavilion in the backyard of the library. “All Together Now” will continue until July 25th so make plans to attend.

Registration will give readers a canvas book bag, some book goodies, and their names listed as a participant in our summer program. No logging of books needed, but if a child reads five hours they will be entered into a drawing for a prize at the end of the program– Just enjoy READING!!!
